Delivery of each magazine depends on the print-production and mailing schedule of each publisher. Most magazines begin arriving between 8 to 10 weeks from the order date. You will receive the number of issues indicated by the term you selected when you made your purchase.

Publishers often begin sending renewal notices very far in advance of your renewal date. When you order from us, we combine all your magazine subscriptions onto a single renewal notice and notify you by email and in the mail at the appropriate time to be sure your subscription(s) continue uninterrupted. To renew online, simply add the magazine(s) you wish to renew to your cart and check out as usual.

Of course! We make transfers simple – just let us know which magazine subscriptions you currently have from other sources, and we’ll work with the magazine publishers to add them to your Buy Mags account.  When it’s time to renew, we’ll send you one renewal notice that includes all your magazine subscriptions, regardless of publisher. Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions at any time, and you will receive a refund for issues you have not yet received. Login to your account to send a message to our customer service team. Be sure to include the name of the magazine(s) you wish to cancel. Depending on the timing of your cancellation request and the printing and mailing schedule of the magazine, you may receive another issue or two before the cancellation goes into effect.

You can request to have your login information sent to you via the email address on the account by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you no longer have access to that email address or do not know the email address associated with the account, please call 1-800-774-9163 or you may fill out our contact form and we will be happy to assist you in gaining access

We will notify you via mail and email if a magazine to which you subscribe is discontinued. This notification will include all relevant information regarding the discontinuation and how to receive a refund for unpublished issues if applicable.
